Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kid Bigfoot! We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition
• All original packaging must be intact, including shrink wrap, sleeves, or seals
• Coloring books and sticker packs must be completely unused—no pages colored, no stickers removed or applied
• Books with shrink wrap must be returned with the shrink wrap fully intact

If the product has been opened, used, or damaged in any way, it will not be eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at thekidbigfoot@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If your return is approved, we’ll provide further instructions on where and how to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Items with missing packaging or missing components (e.g., removed stickers)
• Digital downloads or gift cards
